Louise Coe from Barham near Ipswich took part in the London 10k Road Race in July to raise funds for Out & About. Louise said “I have never done anything like this before and I had a great time. My target was to complete the race in 1 hour and I did it in 1 hour, 1 minute and 9 seconds!” 25000 people took to the streets of London in record temperatures and Louise was placed at 3490 which is a fantastic achievement!
Louise raised £100 through sponsorship while having great fun and an overwhelming experience competing in this event, which is another thing to cross off her ‘must do list’.
