On Sunday 11th July, 139 runners took place in the RAF Marham 10 mile road race in association with Marham Village Fun Day . The race was won by Benvenuto Baldelli of Cambridge & Coleridge running club who completed the course in 56.29 minutes which is a fantastic achievement. Despite the soaring temperatures, all the runners completed the course which was held in Marham Village, Norfolk. The village fun day was very well attended with a number of local residents of all ages taking  part in a 1 mile fun run around the playing field.

Out & About was presented with a cheque for £1800 from RAF Marham committee, which were the proceeds from the entry fees for the race and more money was collected with a final total yet to be calculated. This is the 5th year in succession that Phil Wolstenholme and his colleages from RAF Marham have devoted endless hours of their spare time to raise money for Out & About, for which we are extremely grateful.
