Out & About is delighted that the organisation Choose Suffolk has adopted us as their chosen charity.
Choose Suffolk’s main aim is to put Suffolk on the map as the premier destination in the UK for business and tourism. The organisation also strongly believes that they should play a part in furthering the well being of the county and being proactive in the community. The team at
Choose Suffolk has been inspired by the work of Out & About in enabling disabled children and young people to take part in their choice of everyday leisure activity in their local community.
Out & About will work closely with Choose Suffolk to develop fundraising initiatives that will increase the profile of Out & About across Suffolk whilst at the same time raising valuable funds to support disabled children and young people. Celia Hodson, chief executive of Choose Suffolk, says:
