Investors in People award
Out & About are extremely pleased to have received the Investors in People award. Read more about what this means to us.
We are very pleased, as an employer, to have been awarded an Investors in People Standard. The charity went through a stringent assessment process to gain this award and we were delighted to have received it.
This is a great achievement as it shows that as employers, we meet the required standards for commitment to the core aims of the charity and our processes and procedures are effective.
Simon Allsop, Specialist Investors in People Advisor/Assessor, who carried out the assessment had this to say,
