We support hundreds of disabled children and young people every year in their choice of local leisure activity.  The children and young people we support are aged from 5 to 25 and have a wide range of needs, including physical, learning and sensory disabilities, as well as developmental disabilities such as autism.  

You choose the activity you want to take part in and our team will come and talk to you about any support you may need to take part and become fully included.

Getting started in your chosen leisure activity is easy.  We'll match you with a trained volunteer or support worker who will go along to help you take part.

From swimming to scouts, from bowling to brownies, from cooking to crafts and the whole range of sports - Out & About supports disabled children and young people in the full range of leisure activities.

The list is endless and the only limit is your imagination!
