Out & About supports disabled children and young people to become included in local leisure activities.

Out & About is the only charity in the east of England which is focused on enabling disabled children and young people to overcome the barriers they face when trying to access local leisure activities in their own community.

We make a real difference in the lives of disabled children and young people as we do three very important things:

Enable disabled children to access their right to real, active inclusion

Empower disabled children by developing practical skills and giving them confidence

Enrich the lives of disabled children by opening up new opportunities and creating many happy memories
